Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Field Inspector to verify that construction specifications are followed and to review fieldwork performed by technicians. The role requires interaction with customers and adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

The position involves performing inspections, documenting findings, and maintaining records while supporting project teams and supervisors to ensure high-quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively and consistently support all efforts to ensure ITG follows field construction specifications and guidelines.
• Perform field inspections (OSHA, FCC) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Interact with business customers and representatives, understanding the construction project.
• Assist supervisor in following up on unacceptable workmanship to ensure work meets client and company specs.
• Recognize issues and escalate to a supervisor to protect client relationships.
• Evaluate inspection standards to ensure work passes client specifications prior to billing.
• Enter inspection findings in the company database and maintain accurate records.
• Operate company vehicle and safety equipment in accordance with policies.
