Job summary

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks motivated Construction Inspectors to join our team across various locations in Ohio. The role focuses on inspecting bridges, roads, and utilities, with emphasis on adherence to project plans and specifications.

Candidates should have 5+ years of field experience and possess relevant ODOT certifications. Daily field work involves documentation, measurements, and coordination with project managers to ensure safety and quality throughout projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Five (5) years of field experience in bridge/road projects preferred.
• All applicable ODOT certifications.
• Experience with ODOT documentation and inspection reports; use of Field Manager/Field Book.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily field inspections and observations on heavy highway/bridge construction projects.
• Read, interpret, and apply project plans, specs, and standards.
• Document daily project progress, quantities, and conformance with plans.
