Bunnell-Lammons Engineering is seeking a Special Inspections Technician I to assist with on-site testing and observations across multiple NC sites. You will work under a registered engineer to collect concrete, soil, and other materials, and to prepare daily reports detailing test results and site conditions.

This role requires outdoor work, strong communication, and reliability. The position emphasizes safety, timely documentation, and coordination with project teams to support quality

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work outdoors on a construction site in all seasons.
• Must communicate effectively with team, BLE leadership, clients and authorities.
• Must stand/walk/kneel/tug and lift up to 50 pounds on uneven ground.
• Must have basic MS Office skills for record keeping and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Perform inspection or sampling services under supervision of a professional engineer.
• Collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing and reporting.
• Prepare daily site observation reports and test result summaries.
• Assist site managers and engineers on construction projects.
