Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking an entry-level Project Engineering Technician I to support field inspections and laboratory sampling under the supervision of a professional engineer. You will gather concrete and soil samples, record field data, and help monitor site activities to ensure quality and safety on each project.

On-site work in Fletcher, North Carolina, requires outdoor tolerance, reliable transportation, and proficient use of MS Office for daily reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective communication with team, BLE leadership, clients, and authorities.
• Able to work outdoors on construction sites in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist registered engineers with inspection or sampling services on construction sites.
• Collect concrete, soil, and other materials for testing and monitor contractor activities.
• Prepare daily reports with test results and site observations for the project engineer.
