Job summary

WorkCare, Inc. is seeking an industrial injury prevention professional to deliver total worker health services.

The role focuses on first aid, triage, education, and prevention within OSHA guidelines across designated service centers in Southern California, including Westminster, Stanton, and surrounding cities. The position involves outdoor work with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm, and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related health field is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in injury prevention and workplace health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, education and escalation of care as needed.
• Facilitate ongoing communication in injury case management.
• Monitor medical care, report efficiently, and assist in investigations.
• Assist in locating temporary modified work per restrictions.
• Conduct ergonomic analyses to recommend workstation modifications.
• Educate and coach to improve physical resilience and body mechanics.
• Promote total worker health and mitigate injury risks at work sites.
