Job summary
Tidal Vision is seeking a diligent Field Industrial Technician to join our Execution team in Texas or Michigan. You will support building our production facilities, read CAD drawings, and assist with on-site installation and commissioning.
This fast-paced, hands-on role rewards precision and problem-solving in a growing sustainability company. Travel up to 75% nationwide to various job sites, with opportunities to grow and develop.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a shop/warehouse or machinist role.
- Familiar with PVC and metal work: welding, fitting, assembly.
- Experience with FCAW, GMAW and TIG welding.
- Experience with safe use of a variety of hand and powered tools.
- Experience with safe manufacturing practices in a production/shop environment.
- Basic computer proficiency: word processing, spreadsheets, email.
Responsibilities

- Assist in building production facilities from the ground up.
- Pull, prepare, and stage parts and equipment for system builds.
- Read and understand CAD drawings, wiring diagrams, and plumbing schematics.
