Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in construction observation or inspection.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving history.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collect construction materials samples from various construction sites.
• Perform tests and inspections to assess the properties and integrity of materials.
• Document findings and communicate results to project managers.

Associate degree from a technical or four-year school
