Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in the United States to serve as the immunology domain expert for patient access and reimbursement.

You will call on HCP offices within your territory, educating on coverage, program eligibility and payer processes to support AbbVie's immunology portfolio. You will collaborate with national and regional teams, update on Rx status, and maintain provider relationships while staying current on reimbursement dynamics and policy changes in the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in immunology with Market Access, Payer Account Management, or Access and Reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of payer policy processes, coding and payment for specialty medicines.
• Experience educating others on payer processes and coverage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient access, reimbursement tools and services.
• Advise on product-specific acquisition and access options and networks.
• Educate on payer policies to providers regarding claims and eligibility.
• Liaise with Access and Reimbursement center to update Rx status.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers within territory.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement and policy activity.
