Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Immunology Dermatology. This field-based role requires proximity to primary geography and travel, with compensation between USD 139,000 and USD 250,500 per year.

You will support healthcare providers on patient access, reimbursement processes, and payer policies across territories. The role focuses on education about coverage options, payer challenges, and access tools, collaborating with the Access and Reimbursement center to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• Strong track record of leadership within current role and ability to communicate technical elements of coding and billing requirements at national/regional levels.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, access and reimbursement tools.
• Educate on product-specific acquisition and access options such as specialty pharmacy networks and white-bagging support.
• Educate on resources to address access issues.
• Provide local expertise on national/regional payor policies to educate providers on payer issues and coding changes.
• Liaise with AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement support center to update HCPs on Rx status and program eligibility.
• Report payer trends related to approved products to Patient Services and Market Access teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers within territory.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
