Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks Hydroblaster/Field Technicians to safely execute projects across customer locations. You will lead crews, coordinate daily operations, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain quality documentation.

The role emphasizes safety, customer relations, and adherence to company procedures. Candidates should have vocational safety training, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license, with TWIC credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• Specific vocational preparation including classroom safety training and on-the-job training.
• Language proficiency: understands English and can respond to emergency instructions.
• TWIC credential required.
• Valid driver’s license and driving policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies at the job site.
• Operate manual and automated hydro-blasting equipment as needed.
• Operate high-pressure pumps and related equipment.
• Prepare and inspect equipment and site qualifications for customer specs.
• Maintain and service company equipment on-site.
• Report to branch manager and coordinate with customers to meet requirements.
