Bridgestone HosePower LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Mobile Sales and Service Technicians (MSST) to deliver built hose assemblies and repair services directly to customers at their sites. You will diagnose machine issues, perform repairs, assemble hose solutions, and travel to job sites as needed.

The role blends hands-on technical work with customer interaction, expanding the customer base through proactive outreach, and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced, goal-oriented

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license for a minimum of three years.
• No more than two moving violations in the past three years and no DUI charges or convictions.

Responsibilities

• Build hydraulic hose assemblies on-site at customer locations.
• Remove and install hose assemblies as needed.
• Perform machine inspections to ensure proper function and safety.
• Conduct cold call prospecting to develop new business within assigned territory.
• Manage territory accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide accurate information for quotations on large-scale projects.
• Submit timely and legible data for invoicing and service documentation.
• Maintain and protect company-owned tools, equipment, and vehicles at all times.
