Job summary

DOC Services is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on Commercial HVAC and light industrial equipment within a 3-hour radius of your residence. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R systems, manage inventories, and report findings to supervisors.

We require a High school diploma or GED and EPA Certification, plus 5 years of experience and a willingness to travel. Join a growing field team with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Commercial HVAC-R equipment.
• EPA Certification required.
• Willingness to travel and cross-train on additional equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronic and electrical components.
• Repair and preventive maintenance for HVAC and refrigeration units.
• Locate problems by observing equipment and listening for issues.
• Provide daily reports and communicate with store managers, DOC Supervisor and office staff.
• Remove defective parts with tools and identify correct parts quickly.
• Adhere to OSHA and DOC safety regulations.
• Maintain company vehicle and perform admin duties as needed.
