Responsibilities

Serve as SME for HVAC, refrigeration, and plant equipment supporting Mechanical Sub-AMP.
Perform equipment-condition assessments and validate asset health in BUILDER SMS.
Align daily operations and preventive maintenance with lifecycle strategies in Mechanical Sub-AMP.
Analyze failing equipment and provide repair-versus-replace recommendations to Mechanical Engineer.
Support lifecycle cost decisions for high-value mechanical assets through field data and evaluations.
Coordinate oversight and execution of utility infrastructure projects across flights.
