Qualifications

HVAC certification from an institution accredited in the United States.
3+ years of military facility/infrastructure experience.
5+ years of HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the tactical SME for HVAC, refrigeration, and plant equipment supporting Mechanical Sub-AMP development and execution.
Perform detailed equipment-condition assessments and validate asset health information in the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS).
Align daily operations and preventive maintenance activities with lifecycle strategies established in the Mechanical Sub-AMP.
Analyze failing equipment and provide technical recommendations to the Mechanical Engineer regarding repair-versus-replace decisions.
Support lifecycle cost decisions for high-value mechanical assets through accurate field data and technical evaluations.
Collaborate across multiple flights to coordinate oversight and execution of utility infrastructure projects.
