Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed condition assessments of HVAC, refrigeration, and plant equipment.
• Update and validate HVAC and mechanical-asset information in BUILDER SMS.
• Maintain HVAC and mechanical condition-assessment logs.
• Align preventive-maintenance work with key assets per Mechanical Sub-AMP.
• Develop annual HVAC preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot failing mechanical assets and prepare evaluations.
• Provide repair-versus-replace recommendations for high-value assets.
• Coordinate with CES flights and stakeholders on utility projects.
