Qualifications

• HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience is required (3+ years).
• EPA certification (Type 2 or Universal) is required to handle refrigerants.
• Strong diagnostic and wiring understanding for high/low voltage systems.
• Experience with portable or commercial HVAC systems preferred.
• Able to operate forklifts and safely transport equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and repair portable HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure rent-ready condition.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
• Mentor and lead junior technicians on complex projects.
• Communicate detailed work notes and updates to team via company devices.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and professional appearance.
