Job summary

Pilot Company in Locust Grove, GA is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to install, maintain and repair HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems across multiple store locations.

You will be dispatched from home, work 45–50+ hours per week, and be paid port to port with a company vehicle, tools, and safety gear provided. Benefits include weekends off and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal 608 certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of recent commercial HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• OSHA awareness; OSHA 10 training provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Communicate repair status with supervisor and store management.
• Complete same-day work order notes and submit to supervisor.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms.
• Repair fuel dispensers and fuel security systems (training provided).
• Inspect interiors/exteriors for safety and maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and food service equipment.
• Ensure repairs comply with OSHA and Pilot Company regulations.
• Model company values and support guest and team member experiences.
