Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our service team in San Antonio, Texas, and the surrounding area. The role is hands-on and field-based, focusing on installation, startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

You will spend most of your time in the field, supporting training of teammates and maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional service and timely responses.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation, startup, commissioning and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs HVAC related controls installation activities, start-up, commissioning and trouble-shooting for newly installed systems and components and ensures automation system is properly installed and operating correctly.
• Candidate spends vast majority of time in the field performing these duties.
• Attend training, support other team members and the culture at Way Service, and depending upon experience, mentor junior technicians.
• Redeems customer commitments in a professional, high quality and timely manner.
• Responsible for complete customer satisfaction.
