Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our fast-growing service team in San Antonio, Texas and the surrounding area.

You will perform field-based controls installation, start-up, commissioning and troubleshooting on newly installed systems, ensuring proper operation and reliability. Travel to customer sites is common; you will mentor junior technicians as needed, support training, and uphold our commitment to complete customer satisfaction while maintaining high

Qualifications

Experience with HVAC controls installation, start-up and commissioning.
Field-based technician role requiring travel to customer sites.
Mentor junior technicians and support training.

Responsibilities

Performs HVAC related controls installation activities, start-up, commissioning and trouble-shooting for newly installed systems and components.
Candidate spends vast majority of time in the field performing these duties.
Attend training, support other team members and mentor junior technicians.
Redeems customer commitments in a professional, high quality and timely manner.
Responsible for complete customer satisfaction.
