Job summary

ENFRA is seeking an HSE Specialist for on-site safety supervision across construction projects. The role emphasizes conducting field safety orientations, inspections, and trainings to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment for all personnel.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of construction experience, OSHA 30hr certification, and proven ability to manage safety programs, investigations, and daily reporting at active project sites in challenging conditions.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr card for Construction Industry is required.
• Safe work practices and hazard control knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing field safety orientations.
• Inspect machinery and work conditions for compliance.
• Observe use of safety equipment and PPE.
• Inspect areas for fire-prevention and first-aid readiness.
• Test hazard exposures and report findings with actions.
• Investigate accidents to identify root causes and preventive measures.
• Document accidents, violations and unsafe conditions.
• Assist in safety program development and meetings.
• Demonstrate equipment use and conduct safety training.
