Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking an Area HSE Specialist to oversee safety for Business Unit projects in Nashville. You will help maintain a safe, healthy work environment and communicate safety conditions up to the HSE Manager. Travel 50–75% to job sites as needed.

Position requires recognized safety certification, 5 years construction experience, and BCSP credentials. You will lead safety trainings and inspections daily.

Qualifications

• Recognized safety certification required.
• Minimum 5 years construction experience.
• At least 1 year as on-site safety personnel.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification/training.
• BCSP certifications (CSP, ASP, GSP, OHST, CHST).
• Proven ability to train and influence safety behaviors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with multi-project ability.
• Knowledge of regulations and industrial hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct field safety orientations.
• Daily inspection of machinery and working conditions for compliance.
• Advise on proper use of PPE.
• Inspect fire safety, first-aid, and safety devices.
• Test hazards (noise, toxic exposure) with equipment.
• Prepare reports with corrective action recommendations.
• Investigate accidents to determine root cause and prevent recurrence.
• Document accidents, violations, orUnsafe conditions.
• Assist in developing JSAs, SHMPs, and PSSPs.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and safety trainings.

Education

5 years construction experience

1 year on-site safety experience

First Aid CPR AED Trainer
