Magnolia Oil & Gas seeks a Senior Health & Safety Representative to provide field-level health and safety leadership across Magnolia’s Giddings/Caldwell assets. You will partner with employees, contractors, and leadership to promote safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

The role requires coaching field leaders, engaging on site, and leading HSE programs, investigations, and training initiatives. Regular travel to field locations is essential to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of upstream oil and gas operations experience with health and safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and upstream industry best practices.
• Ability to coach and influence field leadership and contractors.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Giddings/Caldwell area and broader Magnolia assets.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary field-level HSE resource for production operations across the Giddings/Caldwell area.
• Maintain visible presence on active sites to support safe work execution.
• Integrate Magnolia HSE practices into daily operations with leadership and contractors.
• Coach field leaders on safety leadership, hazard recognition, and risk management.
• Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate HSE meetings, training, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Provide guidance on job planning, stop-work authority, and contractor HSE management.
• Analyze HSE data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
