Job summary

TechPro Power Group in Ohio is seeking an Area HSE Coordinator to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across multiple field sites. This field-driven role requires regular site presence to coach technicians, identify risks, and implement safety initiatives.

You will partner with operations and safety leadership to drive performance, conduct risk assessments, lead training, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) roles, with strong preference for field-based or industrial environments.
• Strong field-based experience supporting active job sites.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or regional operations preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Relevant certificates (e.g., OSHA 30, BCSP STS/CHST/OHST) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Field Safety Leadership: serve as primary HSE contact across locations or region and coach field personnel.
• Risk Management & Compliance: conduct site visits, risk assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Incident Management & Reporting: facilitate incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Training & Communication: lead toolbox talks and safety trainings across sites.
• Program Implementation & Continuous Improvement: track HSE metrics and drive improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Operations, HR and Safety leadership to support incident management and safety initiatives.
