BlueFin, a GATE Energy Company based in Lafayette, LA, is seeking an HSE Site Representative to lead safety at field sites and ensure regulatory and company standards are practiced and improved.

You will work with site leadership, clients, and crews to promote a strong health, safety and environmental culture across offshore and onshore sites. This role requires travel and hands-on coaching of personnel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: High school diploma and 2+ years in an HSE role.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or safety certifications (OSHA 30, CHST).
• Experience in energy industry and federal safety regulations strongly desired.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Promote and enforce QHSE policies, regulations (OSHA, EPA, DOT, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and BBS observations to coach safe behavior.
• Deliver on-site HSE orientations and training to staff.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses with root cause analysis.
