Ballard Marine Construction seeks a Project HSE Lead to oversee safety and health on a designated project, reporting to the Regional HSE Manager. You will collaborate with project management and site personnel to ensure compliance and safe operations.

Ideal candidates bring OSHA 30 and a strong background in hazard analysis, incident investigation, and safety documentation, with the authority to stop unsafe actions on site.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30hr-Construction required.
• Competent Person certifications strongly preferred (construction-related).

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains HASP, AHA, EMP on assigned project.
• Performs daily hazard hunts and addresses employee observations.
• Conducts incident investigations and reporting, implements corrective actions.
