Job summary

This hands-on role works with branch leadership, supervisors, and field personnel to promote workplace safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will coach employees, conduct field safety audits, manage CAPAs, and help drive continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial safety experience with field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently in the field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic EHS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety leadership in field operations and support turnaround projects.
• Conduct daily/weekly safety audits, site inspections, and regulatory compliance checks.
• Identify unsafe conditions, track CAPAs, and verify corrective actions.
• Coordinate training and ensure safety programs are understood and followed.
• Prepare safety reports, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
