Job summary

MICON Group, Inc. is seeking a Health Safety & Environmental Coordinator to support safety and environmental programs across major infrastructure projects.

The role emphasizes conducting site visits, audits, and safety trainings while ensuring compliance with HSE policies and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of construction safety experience, with a preference for 5+ years, OSHA credentials, and BCSP certification.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate safety concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel across the United States, including extended onsite assignments.
• Demonstrated attention to detail in fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job-site visits, audits and inspections.
• Lead loss incident investigations and emergency response tasks.
• Perform environmental assessments and facility evaluations.
• Assist operations in implementing and complying with existing HSE programs.
• Promote a positive safety culture across projects.
