Job summary

MICON Group, Inc. is seeking a Health Safety & Environmental Coordinator to support our construction projects nationwide. You will conduct weekly site visits, audits, and investigations while ensuring compliance with HSE programs and standards.

The role requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel up to 75%, with opportunities to contribute to a safe, responsible environment across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a safety professional in construction.
• OSHA 30hr (Construction) or ability to obtain within approved timeframe.
• OSHA 510/500 and BCSP certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly job-site visitations, audits and inspections.
• Investigate loss incidents and participate in emergency response.
• Perform environmental assessments and facility/job location evaluations.
• Assist operations with implementing and complying with existing HSE programs.
