Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR field contact for districts and operations leaders.
• Investigate employee complaints and policy violations in a timely, fair manner.
• Guide managers on corrective action, documentation, and performance concerns.
• Partner with legal counsel to ensure compliant handling of sensitive matters.
• Lead recruiting strategies for restaurant management and hourly staffing.
• Support succession planning and leadership development.
