Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as stated; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, including employee relations and staffing.
• Experience with multi-unit operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR field contact for districts, restaurants, and leaders on employee relations.
• Investigate complaints and performance issues in a timely, well-documented manner.
• Provide guidance on corrective action, documentation, conflict resolution, and terminations.
• Partner with leadership and legal counsel to ensure compliant handling of sensitive matters.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive workplace culture across field operations.
• Lead recruiting strategies for restaurant management and field staffing needs.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Coordinate performance reviews and development planning.
