Job summary

APA Search, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR support for assigned business units, focusing on operational excellence, employee relations, and inclusive recruitment and onboarding.

You will partner with recruiters and HR leadership to align with ESG objectives. You will collaborate with managers across manufacturing, engineering, and support functions to understand staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and guide on HR policy and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR or related experience.
• Familiarity with federal/state laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, OSHA, EEOC).
• Experience onboarding new employees and HR tasks.
• Strong organization and communication skills; conflict resolution.
• Data analysis using Excel/Power BI or similar tools.
