Job summary

Kiewit Power Constructors in Homer City, PA is seeking a Field HR Manager to serve as the onsite HR lead for the project, delivering full-cycle human resources support in a fast-paced construction environment. Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience supporting construction sites, industrial operations, manufacturing facilities, or similar field-based environments
• Proven experience managing HR functions in an onsite operational setting
• Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence field leadership and build relationships across all levels of the organization
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Must be willing to travel and relocate on an as needed basis

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee matters
• Travel and remain onsite for extended periods as required by project demands
