Job summary

Chipr is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our team. You will help consumers improve their quality of life through home technology solutions and work in the field with hands-on training and supportive leadership.

We provide access to leads and an uncapped earnings structure, with health, dental, and vision benefits. The role requires outdoor activity, a valid driver’s license, and a mobile device.

Qualifications

• High School education or higher.
• Driver's license and transportation.
• A mobile phone or connected tablet device.

Responsibilities

• Understand all the products and services.
• Sell Chipr's products through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing.
• Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards.
• Maintain a standard 5-day work week; weekend days worked as needed based on performance and business needs.
• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Be active in team and company chats.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training.
• Adhere to company values.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
