Job summary

Chipr is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our sales team. You will help consumers improve their quality of life through enhanced home technology solutions and hit personal monthly targets.

We provide hands-on training, access to leads, and a supportive leadership team focused on your success. Expect outdoor, field-based work with varied weather and a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• High School education or higher.
• Driver's license and transportation.
• A mobile phone or connected tablet device.

Responsibilities

• Understand all the products and services.
• Sell Chipr's products through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing.
• Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards.
• Maintain a standard 5-day work week; weekend days as needed.
• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Be active in team and company chats.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and training.
• Adhere to company values.
• Perform other duties as required within scope.
