Job summary

Chipr is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our sales team. You’ll help homeowners enhance their quality of life through home technology solutions and receive hands-on training from a supportive leadership team with a focus on everyone's success.

Responsibilities include understanding products, canvassing activities (door-to-door, MDU, and events), achieving monthly targets, maintaining a 5-day work week with weekend flexibility, and timely reporting in the Sales

Qualifications

• High School education or higher is required.
• Driver's license and transportation are required.
• A mobile phone or connected tablet device is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand all the products and services.
• Sell Chipr's products door-to-door, to MDUs, and at events.
• Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards.
• Maintain a standard 5-day work week; weekend work as needed.
• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Be active in team and company chats.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and training.
• Adhere to company values.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of this role.
