Job summary

Chipr is seeking experienced door-to-door sales representatives to join our sales team. You will help consumers improve their quality of life through enhanced home technology solutions, working at the intersection of people and technology.

We offer hands-on training, uncapped earnings, and access to leads, with a supportive leadership team that cares about everyone’s success. This outdoor field role emphasizes daily canvassing across neighborhoods and events.

Qualifications

• High School education or higher.
• Driver's license and transportation.
• A mobile phone or connected tablet device.

Responsibilities

• Understand all the products and services.
• Sell Chipr's products through door-to-door, MDU, and event-based canvassing.
• Hit monthly personal minimum performance standards.
• Maintain a standard 5-day work week; weekend days worked as needed based on performance and business needs.
• Report sales progress in the Sales Tracking System.
• Be active in team and company chats.
• Attend daily, weekly, and monthly prescribed meetings and training.
• Adhere to company values.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of this role.
