Job summary

PUSH Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate equipment used to install telecom and power infrastructure. The role requires digging around utilities in rural and urban areas, with training/mentoring duties for teammates.

Candidate should have field experience with heavy equipment, be able to read prints/schematics, and travel as needed. CDL preferred and a strong safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Field experience operating utility construction equipment.
• Experience reading prints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment including backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow, or track hoe.
• Dig around existing utilities and perform excavation.
• Provide training and assistance to co-workers learning to operate equipment.
• Perform routine labor and set up of conduit/duct/cable placement.
