Job summary

Ready Field Solutions is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support erosion control, land reclamation, grading, and site-preparation projects in Bethesda, OH. The role emphasizes safe operations of excavators and skid-steers on uneven terrain and slopes, with travel to project sites as required.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of excavator/skid-steer experience, a valid license, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of excavator and skid-steer operating experience.
• Experience with grading, earthmoving, reclamation, or site preparation is a plus.
• Experience on steep slopes or uneven terrain helps.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavators, skid steers, and related heavy equipment.
• Perform grading, earthmoving, land reclamation, and site-preparation work.
• Operate equipment on steep slopes and challenging terrain, including 2:1 slopes.
• Install erosion-control materials such as silt fence and filter socks as needed.
• Assist with site stabilization and general field work.
