Job summary

Role involves field work on diverse project sites, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining comprehensive safety documentation to support compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 5 years of relevant experience; field requirements apply.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience; field requirements apply.
• Degrees must be in Safety Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• OSHA30 certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall health and safety direction on assigned project sites.
• Administers the safety program at construction sites according to manuals and plans.
• Documents and investigates accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Plans and delivers occupational safety training and develops site-specific safety plans.
• Maintains official safety documentation and prepares regulatory reports as needed.
• Leads safety meetings and supports field personnel to ensure compliance with policies.
• Travel to client project sites across the United States as required.
