The ideal candidate has 3+ years in home construction or gutter installation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to train others. Occasional travel may be required within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Active and valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck.
• Comfort with ladders of varying heights.
• Detail‑oriented with strong installation quality.
• Ability to train others and manage multiple work activities.
• Must meet DOT physical criteria.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Ensure daily installations to improve attainment.
• Coordinate with Leaf Home employees and subcontractors for fabrication/installation.
• Provide quality installation following established training processes.
• Communicate with local office leadership on progress and issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service on job sites.
• Maintain organized job documents for customers and office staff.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
