Job summary

Leaf Home in Mishawaka, Indiana is looking for a Field Office Installer to manage daily gutter installation operations. You will complete onsite installations and manage gutter fabrication, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree (preferred), and 3+ years of experience in home construction or remodeling. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and the ability to operate a box truck safely. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Must hold an active and valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete gutter installations at customer locations.
• Travel in assigned territory for installations.
• Work with teams to complete fabrication and installations.
