Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Valid driver's license to operate a box truck or sprinter van.
• Comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily installations improve job attainment and effectiveness.
• Train and provide guidance to technician staff members.
• Solve installation challenges in real-time with customers present.
