Job summary

CERTERRA is seeking a Geotechnical Driller Helper to join our field team in Bridge City, TX and El Paso, TX. This entry-level role involves assisting the drilling crew with soil sampling and subsurface exploration in outdoor environments.

You will travel to job sites across Texas and parts of Louisiana, lift 50+ lbs, and learn on the job. CDL is a plus but not required; adherence to safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites and work outdoors in different weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Driller with daily drilling operations.
• Support soil and rock sample collection and proper labeling.
• Maintain/clean drilling equipment and jobsite areas.
• Perform general labor duties as needed.
• Travel to various job sites (local and out-of-town) and follow safety policies.
