Terradyne Engineering is seeking a geotechnical driller helper to support the geotechnical driller in subsurface investigations. The role emphasizes safety, outdoor work, and reliable teamwork.

No prior geotechnical drilling experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are needed to join our team in Pflugerville, Texas.

Qualifications

• No prior geotechnical drilling experience is required – we provide comprehensive training!
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean MVR, background, and drug screening.
• Must be a self-starter, reliable, and come with a good and humble attitude.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain drill and other equipment.
• Setting up drills at job sites.
• Operating drill as well as vehicle.
• Site investigations.
• Producing logs, records, rig inspections, and vehicle inspections.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor/manager.
• Any other task requested by the supervisor/manager.
