Job summary

Eustis Engineering LLC is seeking a Field Geoscientist to coordinate field engineering tasks, perform geotechnical testing, and support instrumentation and data analysis. The role involves field explorations, data processing, and reporting on soil conditions.

Responsibilities include coordinating client requirements, developing GIS resources, and ensuring adherence to safety and project specifications. A driver’s license is required for site access and field work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or Engineering Technology from an accredited curriculum.
• Associate’s Degree in Applied Science or Industrial Technology may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site access and perform/assist field testing.
• Install geotechnical monitoring instrumentation and conduct explorations (drilling, CPTs).
• Prepare field reports and summaries of geotechnical data.
• Develop and manage GIS and mapping resources.
• Coordinate field exploration operations and permit requests.
