Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or a related field.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Ability to travel 50–70% and lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Possess or obtain OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field operations are conducted safely per Site Safety Plans and SOPs.
• Participate in field sampling of water, soil, soil vapor, surface water and sediment.
• Oversee field subcontractors for drilling, well construction, waste transport and heavy equipment.
• Contribute to work plans and deliverables (e.g., RI Reports, SSHP/HASPs, memos).
• Assist with data entry, analysis and interpretation of environmental data.
• Support remedial system operations and maintenance as needed.
• Travel 50–70% within the U.S., primarily the Western region.
