Zusammenfassung

AECOM is seeking an Entry‑Level Geologist to join our Milwaukee, Wisconsin team. You will support environmental investigations and remediation projects, collecting samples and assisting with data interpretation to protect health and the environment.

You will collaborate with experienced geologists and engineers, develop field and technical skills, and contribute to multidisciplinary projects for public and private clients. The role begins ASAP with a hybrid in‑office schedule in Milwaukee.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Environmental Studies, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit sites and clients.
• As a condition of employment, pass a Motor Vehicle Records review.
• Medical surveillance screening will be required upon hire.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with environmental field investigations including soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, air, and vapor sampling.
• Perform field observations and routine monitoring following project procedures and regulations.
• Document field activities and observations using notes, forms, photos, and digital data tools.
• Support site assessments, remediation monitoring, and data interpretation.
• Prepare technical reports, field summaries, and data tables for project deliverables.
• Coordinate with laboratories, drilling and excavation contractors, and subcontractors.
• Participate in health and safety activities and enforce safety requirements.
• Assist with data entry, records management, and document control.
• Travel to project sites and work outdoors in varied conditions.
