Pape’ Material Handling is seeking a Resident Periodic Maintenance Technician / Mechanic in the Moses Lake area. You will travel to customer sites, perform periodic maintenance on forklifts and related equipment, and provide top-tier service to ensure uptime.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years servicing electric and internal combustion lift trucks and construction equipment.
• Self-motivated and assertive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must reside in the Moses Lake area.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic maintenance on all makes of forklifts at customer locations.
• Perform minor repairs such as lights, belts, engine tune-ups, and hoses.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, running in peak form, and uptime.
• Travel area in a fully loaded service vehicle and interact with customers.
