Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Forestry Technician to support the Chief Forester across the Vegetation Management & Forestry organization. The role involves extensive travel (up to 75% out of town) and on-site work in the Pacific Northwest, with responsibilities spanning cruising, valuations, log scaling and forest management.

The ideal candidate will have a forestry-related degree and extensive field experience, including data collection with GPS, GIS, Relascopes, and other surveying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in forestry-related field preferred.
• 6 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years of experience with an Associate's degree.
• 10 years of experience without a degree or applicable degree.
• Experience in forestry production, valuation, cruising, log scaling and forest management.
• Proficiency with forestry data collection equipment (Relascope, GPS, GIS) and related software.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID required.
