Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to ensure daily crew productivity and enforce safety protocols on job sites in Michigan. You will recruit, train, and mentor crew members, collaborate with management on deadlines, and coordinate with property owners to secure access for work.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and strong field judgment. You will oversee field operations, maintain records, and control costs while delivering quality service and maintaining positive customer

• Ability to read drawings and symbols representing lines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining on tasks.
• Enforces safety practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Coordinates access with property owners and discusses work scope.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of resources.
• Provides reports on incidents and equipment status.
• Maintains customer relations through professional conduct.
